MK Advisory Services is a boutique consulting firm focused on Healthcare IT. It started in 2017, when founder Michael Klotz decided to re-enter the consulting business while also conducting deep, comprehensive research into the ‘clinical data ecosystem’ – which he anticipated to undergo massive changes after the passing of the 21st Century Cures Act.
MK Advisory has focused, profound expertise in strategy and technology in the payer and interoperability segments of healthcare and works with payers, software vendors, investors, regulators, and non-profits.
Michael Klotz – Founder & Managing Partner
Michael started his HIT journey in 2008. After selling his first IT consulting company he recognized the potential for innovation and automation in Medical Records Review (MRR) and started Health Data Vision (now Reveleer). He transformed it from a tech-enabled services company into a SaaS company, raised $10M in venture capital, and led the company through aggressive early-stage growth.
In 2017, Michael left Health Data Vision to start MKAS and a few other projects.
Before becoming an entrepreneur in 2002, Michael was a consultant and project manager and implemented ERP and e-commerce solutions with an emphasis on process & workflow automation and optimization.
